PT Anugerah Seek Indonesia Sukses (“Seek”)’s Site (“www.seekindonesia.com”) is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices contained or incorporated by reference herein and such additional terms and conditions, agreements, and notices that may apply to any page or section of the Site (“Terms of Use”).

8. Membership
A. Establishing a Membership.
As a registered customer and/or user, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions at Membership page for our Membership.
Our system will keep track of all your purchase records, from the start of this program, to ensure that your Membership is valid towards the program, please take note of the following:

- If you meet the requirements for the program, but did not acquire any membership confirmation, please contact us (quoting your order number).
- Membership is non-transferable.

9. Use of Membership

10. Membership Termination
You may cancel you Membership at any time by contacting Seek’s customer support as specified on the “Contact Us” page on the Site. Seek may terminate your Membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or other services, or any portion thereof:
- in order to comply with applicable Indonesian Law; or
- if Seek determines, in its sole discretion, that you are using your Membership in a manner not permitted by these Terms of Use.
Please note that termination by you or Seek of your Membership may result in the termination of your Membership in Seek’s Site.When you stop being a member of Seek all Points that have not been exchanged will be deleted immediately. Point is allowed to be exchanged before stopping your membership, because when you stop being a member, the Point cannot be redeemed. There are no accumulated Point that will be returned when you revive your membership.
11. Payment
We use Rupiah (IDR), the currency of Indonesia, for any payment and/or charge onto your credit card. Prices shown in the Site may be displayed in a foreign currency but we will use IDR as the transaction price charged instead based on the conversion rate of such foreign currency into IDR applicable in our bank.Please note, items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.
12. Modification of the Site and Terms of Use
Seek has the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and any other materials offered via this Site at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided therein. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, Site has the right to refuse the order. By your continued use of the Site, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

All content and compilations included on this Site, such as products, graphics, logos, images, data, and photographs (“Contents”) is the property of Seek.

16. Stock Availability & Price Changes
Seek ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However, in few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings.
We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate as the actual colors you see depends on your monitor quality.
Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem before cancelling and refunding you for your order. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.
17. Delivery Information
1. Monday – Friday: Before 2.00 PM, WIB
We only ship orders during business days. If you confirmed your payment during weekends or holidays, please be aware that your orders will be shipped on the next business day.
2. Cost of Shipping
Shipping fees are based on delivery methods you choose at the “shipping option” page.
18. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Site are made pursuant to a Delivery Information. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
19. Returns for exchange Information
Terms and Conditions return for exchange of items:
- All transactions are Final, product refund only applies to products with manufactory defect (all expedition cost will be refunded)
- Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or with items at the same price. (all expedition cost will be charged to the customer)
- Product broke caused by delivery of the third party will be the responsibility of the expedition/ the third party (please include insurance for more protection)
- You have 3 (three) days to return (point 1) or exchange your items (point 2)
- Sign in to your Seek’s account and select the order number from which you would like to return for exchange
- You will receive an email confirmation containing your guidance instructions
- Once confirmed all exchanges are subject to availability, if not, a refund can be made. Entailed with returning the delivered items to Seek’s address as follows: [Pergudangan Paku Alam, Blok B-7, Alam Sutra, Serpong Utara, Tang-Sel.] on Monday - Friday, 08:30 A.M - 05:30 P.M (except during public holiday)
- Please make sure the product, box and all items included in one package are exactly as you received them with the tag still attached
